On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms. The first includes a full-over-twin trundle bed and provides walk-through access to the primary bedroom, which features a California king bed. The downstairs bathroom has also been fully updated as of early 2026, adding a fresh, modern touch. Upstairs, an open sleeping area with two twin beds is ideal for children or additional guests, while a separate fourth bedroom offers a cozy queen bed for added privacy. A full bathroom on the second floor provides added convenience for guests staying upstairs.
Throughout the home, heat pumps provide air conditioning during the warmer summer months, helping maintain a comfortable and refreshing space after time spent in the sun. Evenings are best spent outside—grilling dinner in the fresh coastal air, relaxing in the hammock, or gathering around the fire pit as the sky fades into night. Just steps away, the private path leads you down to the water's edge (please use caution on the stairs), where you can take in the beauty of Morgan Bay up close. When you're ready to explore, downtown Blue Hill is less than a 10-minute drive away, offering local shops, dining, and classic coastal charm.
